Online Experience

We also have facilities in place which will allow you to go through the entire purchasing process from the comfort of your own home.

  • Delivery/Pick-up

Aftersales Services

With strict HSE social distancing guidelines being practiced, we are ready to welcome you to our dealerships. However, we have also have put some steps in place should you wish to have your car serviced without visiting - to ensure you will still receive the best possible aftersales service while while prioritising your safety.

  1. Advance booking by phone or online

    Simply call your local dealer , who will make an appointment for you or book a time for your car's service using our online booking system

  2. Drop off your car

    Drop your car off at the dealership, where we will ensure strict social distancing measures are taken throughout the process. If you prefer, your dealer will arrange a suitable time to collect your car (subject to staff availability).

  3. Receive your video consultation

    Our expert technicians will send you a video of your car, detailing any work recommendations, highlighted for your approval before any work is done. This means you do not have to wait in the dealership while your car is being inspected.

  4. Picking up your car

    Either pick up your car following completion of the work or arrange to have it dropped off to your home by your dealer - whatever is most convenient for you. Your car will be fully sanitized before being returned to you.
