H-Step Training and Technician Recognition Programme
In order to improve our Customer Satisfaction level through Differentiated Service, we need to foster certified competent Technicians who will play a key role in bringing about outstanding Customer Satisfaction in our market.
H-STEP is Hyundai’s training system in which technicians are classified into three categories (Certified, Expert and Master) according to their experience and present skill level, and given training that is appropriate to that level. This allows them to be systematically and efficiently trained and tested accordingly, to become superior technicians as quickly as possible.
Technician of the year awards are based on the best result achieved at Expert and Master H-Step assessment in order to show recognition for the Technicians who have achieved this aim. The achievement of this standard reaffirms each Dealerships commitment to development of staff who are at the heart of our business.
