i40 Tourer: Features

Voice Activated Bluetooth

Keep your hands on the wheel but speak freely when you call or are called. The Bluetooth handsfree preparation with voice recognition makes it easy.

Air Conditioning

Whatever the weather outside, your i40 will maintain a comfortable temperature inside. Comfort models are fitted with manual air conditioning as standard. Executive models are equipped with fully automatic dual zone climate control with automatic windscreen de-mister.

Projection Headlights with Static Bending

See your way forward. The powerful projection headlamps are equipped with distinctive LED daytime running lights to maximise visibility at all times. Static Bending reacts to steering movement at low speeds and activates an additional light in the headlamp unit. This gives greater illumination at the side of the car.

Cruise Control

Fitted as standard to executive models, cruise control will maintain a preset speed until interrupted by braking, using the clutch, or pressing the ‘Cancel’ button. The system also incorporates a Speed Limiter function which allows the driver to preset a speed that is not to be exceeded. In the event that this speed is reached, the driver will receive a reminder in the instrument cluster and acceleration will be gently restricted (this is immediately cancelled in the event that hard acceleration is detected, for example to overtake.)
