i30: Safety

LED Daytime Running Lights

These are standard on the i30. To help prevent rear collisions, an emergency brake signal is standard, plus optional LED rear lights for increased visibility. Even the outside mirrors and door handles can include spotlights for safer passenger entry and exit.

Airbags:

Two front airbags, two side airbags, and two full length curtain airbags work in a fully integrated system to greatly reduce the risk of serious injury. A passenger airbag cut off switch is also standard so babies are safe when on board.
 

 Rear Fog Lamps:

Unlike other cars in its class the i30 offers rear fog lamps on the left and right side of the vehicle. Under ea Optional Full Flat Floor:ch bulb there is a reflector to make you more visible to drivers approaching from behind.
